General Information The 17th IUAPPA World Clean Air Congress and 9th CAA Better Air Quality Conference. Your use of the one site operating simultaneously under the following three site names, http://www.wcac2016.org, http://www.cleanairforcities.org, and http://www.baq2016.org (hereinafter referred to as “Website“) will always be subject to, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out in this document. These are referred to as the “Master Terms.” In addition, your use of Website may also be subject to the terms of any legal notice applicable to the Website, in addition to the Master Terms. All such terms supplementing these Master Terms are referred to below as the “Additional Terms.” The Master Terms, together with any Additional Terms, form a binding legal agreement between you and the 17th IUAPPA World Clean Air Congress(WCAC) and 9th CAA Better Air Quality(BAQ) conference secretariat in relation to your use of the Website. Collectively, this legal agreement is referred to below as the “Terms.” If there is any contradiction between the Additional Terms and the Master Terms, then the Additional Terms shall take precedence in relation to Website to which the Additional Terms apply. 2. Your Agreement to the Terms Your access or use of http://www.wcac2016.org, http://www.cleanairforcities.org, or http://www.baq2016.org in any way signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms. By accessing or using the Website under any of the three names, http://www.wcac2016.org, http://www.cleanairforcities.org, or http://www.baq2016.org you also represent that you have the legal authority to accept the Terms on behalf of yourself and any party you represent in connection with your use of Website. If you press “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions” button to the question “Do you agree with the Terms?,” it is considered you agree to the terms. If a user wants to join the membership and use the service, the user should provide requested personal information. If you do not agree to the Terms, you are not authorized to use the Website. 3. Changes to the Terms The Conference Secretariat operates the hompage of the 17th IUAPPA World Clean Air Congress and 9th CAA Better Air Quality Conference : one site linked simultaneously by the three site names, http://www.wcac2016.org, http://www.cleanairforcities.org, and http://www.baq2016.org. The Conference Secretariat may change, remove, add to modify the Terms, and reserves the right to do so at its discretion. In that case, we will post the updated Master Terms or Additional Terms, as relevant, to the Website and indicate the date of revision. We may send a message to your email address, or we may display a notice on the Website indicating that the Terms have changed. All amended Terms take effect immediately. If you do not agree with any modification to the Terms, you may terminate this agreement by ceasing use of the Website. Your continued use of the Website, after revised Terms become effective, indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to those Terms. 4. Provision of the Website The Conference Secretariat makes the Website available to you on the Terms. You may only use the Website in accordance with these Master Terms and any applicable Additional Terms. In particular, but without limitation, you may not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Master Terms, any applicable Additional Terms, or any other conditions or notices that are made available on the Website. 5. Location of the Website The Website Services are controlled and offered by the Conference Secretariat from its facilities in Korea. The Conference Secretariat makes no representations that the Website is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you are accessing or using the Website from other jurisdictions, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local law. 6. Definition of Terminology - A registration member. A person who “logs-in” to the Website, agrees upon the provisions, and receives an ID(serial number) and password. - An ID(serial number). A combination of alphabets and numbers that is chosen by a registration member and authorized by the Website. Only one ID can be issued or used for a registration member. - A password. A combination of alphabets and numbers that is set by a registration member himself/herself in order to protect information - System administrator. A person chosen by the Website for overall administration and smooth functioning of the site. - Service suspended. The Website stops providing service for certain periods with certain contents. 7. User Conduct Users agree not to use the Website services to: Intimidate or harass another; Use or attempt to use another’s account, service, or personal information: - Remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with any security-related features that enforce limitations on the use of the Website; - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Website, through hacking password mining or any other means or interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website services or any activities conducted through the Website services; - Use any means to bypass or ignore robot.txt, or other measures we use to restrict access or use of the Website services; - Impersonate another person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity 8. Terms Relating to Content Responsibility for Content. You understand that all material, data and information, (collectively, “Content”) which you may have access to through your use of the Website are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This includes assertions that persons may make, expressly or impliedly, about the provenance and ownership of Content that they supply, upload, list and/or link to. You acknowledge that the Conference Secretariat does not make any representations or warranties about the accuracy, integrity or quality of the Content made available at the instigation of users of the Website. You understand that by using the Website, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances is the Conference Secretariat liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to: any infringing Content, any errors or omissions in Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, transmitted to, linked to or otherwise accessible or made available via the Website services. Use of Content on the Website. You represent and warrant to the Conference Secretariat that you will use any and all Content on our Website in accordance with the applicable license. By using the Website, you agree that you are solely responsible for your use of any and all Content made available thereon. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the provenance, ownership, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such Content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content made available on the Website without your own independent evaluation of that Content. The Conference Secretariat does not guarantee that Content made available on the Website does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. 9. Registered Users Registration. You can sign up by providing the following information on the sign up page: Name, Log-in ID, Address, Phone number, Email, and Other information that the site acknowledges as necessary. The Website approves the signups of people who sign up providing the items above. The Website can deny or cancel the signups in the following cases: - service offer is technically unavailable - signing up falsely with someone else’s name or without using one’s real name - omit or miswrite an entry of a registration item - when it is considered to disturb the stability and the order of society or the public moral based on relevant local Laws, Acts and subordinate statutes - the person has lost his/her membership due to Article 24 paragraph 2; however, there is an exception if it has been over a year since the person lost the membership and if the Website approved of the person’s readmission - if other requirements of a service application have not been fulfilled Security. You agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about you, if and as may be prompted by the registration process on any part of the Website, (b) maintain the security of your password and identification, (c) maintain and promptly update your registration information and any other information you provide, and to keep it accurate and complete to, among other things, allow us to contact you, and (d) be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account. You may not set up an account or membership on behalf of another individual or entity. Termination and Inactivation of User Accounts. Your participation as a Registration Member terminates automatically upon your breach of any of these Master Terms or applicable Additional Terms. In addition, the Conference Secretariat may, at any time: (a) modify, suspend or terminate the operation of or access to your user account for any reason; (b) modify or change Website and Services and any applicable Terms and policies governing your user account and related Website services for any reason; and (c) interrupt user accounts and related Website services for any reason, all as the Conference Secretariat deems appropriate in its discretion. Your access to your account, and use of the Website may be terminated by you or by the Conference Secretariat at any time and for any reason whatsoever, without notice. In addition, the Conference Secretariat reserves the right to delete and purge any account and all contents associated therewith following any prolonged period of inactivity, all as may be determined by the Conference Secretariat at its complete discretion. 10. Duration and Restrictions on Using the Service If there is no professional or technical inconvenience, the service can be used 24 hours per day. When the Website needs to carry out a regular system inspection, the service can be restricted with notifying users beforehand. If the service goes down for a reason that the Website cannot control, the service can be restricted without notification. The Website can divide the service into certain sectors and set up different time schedules for each sector to be used. There will be notification in this case. If a member is involved in the following behaviors, the Conference Secretariat can terminate the service agreement without notification beforehand or stop the service within a certain time period. - Disturbing the public order or public morals - Being involved in an act of crime - Planning and practicing the use of the service with the purpose of impeding national interest or societal interest - Stealing another’s ID or password - Violating or bringing a disadvantage to other’s rights - When the same member signs up with a different ID (double registration) - When contents are violating copyrights or other’s rights - Hinder healthy use of the service by harming the service by hacking or releasing a computer virus - Violating related Laws and Acts and subordinate statutes or the Terms In case the Conference Secretariat needs to terminate the user agreement of a member or stop the service, the Conference Secretariat needs to inform the member beforehand. However, if the service needs to be suspended immediately, the Conference Secretariat can do so without informing beforehand. From the preceding clause, a member who gets informed that the service is suspended can make an objection. While the service is suspended, the Conference Secretariat needs to immediately restart the suspended service once it is found that the problem that previously suspended the service is solved. 11. Offering Information and Publishing an Advertisement While operating services, the Website can publish various information on the service screen or can send out information via e-mail or mail. In regards to operating services, the Website can publish an advertisement on the service screen, or via SMS and e-mail. When a member communicates or deals with an advertiser by using an advertisement published on a service screen or engaging in promotional activities, it is solely a matter between the member and the advertiser. If there is a trouble between a member and an advertiser, they need to directly solve the problem. The Website does not take any responsibility regarding the problem between a member and an advertiser. 12. Disclaimer of Warranties To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, the Conference Secretariat offers the Website and Services as-is and makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the Website services. The Conference Secretariat does not warrant that the functions or content contained on the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Conference Secretariat’s servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. The Conference Secretariat does not warrant or make any representation regarding use or the result of use of the content in terms of accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. 13. Limitation of Liability The Conference Secretariat shall not be responsible or liable for the following cases: For any content posted on the Website for your use of the Website services. We do not take any responsibility for the accuracy or the reliability of information, data, or facts that users post. When a user does not get expected profits or for the loss of a user. We also do not take any responsibility for the damage of a member from the material gained while using the service. Not obligated to intervene in a dispute between members or between a member and the third person by the medium of the service and does not take any responsibility in compensating for damage caused by the dispute. If an error is caused while using the service for reasons attributable to members, the responsibility is exempted. If the Website is unable to provide the service due to natural disaster or uncontrollable reasons, the responsibility is exempted. 14. Privacy Policy The Conference Secretariat is committed to handling responsibly the information and data we collect through our Website and agrees to use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Terms. The Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference into these Master Terms. 15. Copyright Complaints The Conference Secretariat respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we prohibit users of our Website from submitting, uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting any materials that violate another person’s intellectual property rights. 16. Compensation for Damage If a member causes damage to the Website by violating these rules, the member should compensate for all the damages brought to the Website. If the third person who is not a member sues the Website for damages or makes an objection against the Website because a member commits an unlawful act or violates the rules, the member should put an effort and cost so that the Website can be exempted from obligation. If the Website does not get exempted from obligation, the member should bear all the burden of damage brought to the Website. 17. Termination of this Agreement These Master Terms and any Additional Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or the Conference Secretariat as set out below. Your right to access and use the Website terminates automatically upon your breach of any of these Master Terms or Additional Terms that may apply to any of the Website services. The Conference Secretariat may, at any time: (a) modify, suspend or terminate the operation of or access to any of the Website services, or any portion of the Website services, for any reason; (b) modify or change the Website services, or any portion of the Website services, and any Master Terms, Additional Terms and other policies governing the use of the Website services, for any reason; (c) interrupt the operation of the Website services, or any portion of the Website services, for any reason, all as the Conference Secretariat deems appropriate at its sole discretion. Your access to, and use of, the Website services may be terminated by you or the Conference Secretariat at any time and for any reason. If you wish to terminate the agreement, you should request the termination yourself on the website or by using a special method set by the Website. From the preceding clause, membership and service agreement will be terminated automatically if you click on the withdrawal button after confirming identification by entering a member’s name, a resident registration number, an ID, and a password. the Conference Secretariat will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance about any material modification, suspension or termination by the Conference Secretariat that is not caused by your breach of the Terms. 18. Competent Court If there is a dispute that takes place between the Website and a member in regards to using the service, the Website and the member should sincerely discuss the matter to resolve the dispute. Despite the preceding clause, if the dispute between the Website and a member is not solved, both parties can file a lawsuit to a competent court based on legal procedures. 19. Miscellaneous Terms This Master Term constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Conference Secretariat relating to this subject matter and supersedes all prior, contemporaneous and future communications between you and the Conference Secretariat. No refund except in extreme cases.

Responsibility for Security Breach This “Privacy Policy” explains the collection, use, and disclosure of “personal information” by the 17th IUAPPA World Clean Air Congress and 9th CAA Better Air Quality Conference, through the one website that the 17th IUAPPA World Clean Air Congress(WCAC) and 9th CAA Better Air Quality(BAQ) Conference Secretariat (IUAPPA, CAA and KOSAE) operates under three names simultaneously at http://www.wcac2016.org, http://www.cleanairforcities.org, and http://www.baq2016.org (hereinafter referred to as “Website“). In accordance to the Information Network Promotion Law revised in September 30, 2011 and legislated to prevent the misuse and abuse of personal information on the Internet, this Privacy Policy also explains our commitment to you with respect to our use and disclosure of the personal information that the Conference Secretariat collects from its members. That commitment is contained in a “Data Usage Policy,” below. As used in this policy, “personal information” means information that would allow a party to identify you such as, for example, your name, address or location or email address. The Conference Secretariat collects registration information in order to provide better services to its users. By accessing the Website with your ID, you are accepting and agreeing to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. 1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information We collect information solely for the purpose of providing services to the 17th IUAPPA World Clean Air Congress and 9th CAA Better Air Quality Conference registration members and facilitating our communication with them. We do not collect or use personal information for any other purposes. The personal information provided to us by the members makes it possible for us to deliver, based on it, more useful information selectively. For an individual member : information to establish the contract for using the service Use of information: the administration and the use of the service, the handling of service failure For a member of a company or an organization: information to establish the contract for using the service Use of information: the administration and the use of the service, the handling of service failure Collection of caller’s number for consultation over the phone Use of information: Quick handling of customers by the person in charge during consultation over the phone and changing/modifying membership information Purpose of using the information regarding a fee: charging fees, issuing a tax invoice, and sending an email in case a membership ID or password is lost Emails and Newsletters. We use the personal information you provide to us when you receive our newsletter in order to respond to your request, to reply to your email or to send you communications about news and events related to the Conference. When you subscribe to our newsletter, your name and email address is sent to and stored by the Conference Secretariat (http://www.wcac2016.org, http://www.cleanairforcities.org, or http://www.baq2016.org). Registered Users. When you register to obtain a user account on the single site under any of the following three names, http://www.wcac2016.org, http://www.cleanairforcities.org, or http://www.baq2016.org, you may be asked to provide personal information to create your account and establish a password and profile. Providing your email address and/or real name is required. If you do provide your email address, it will allow us to send you your password if you should forget it. We will also use that personal information to establish and maintain your membership and provide you with the features we provide for Registration Members (registered users), and for the purpose of contacting you about upcoming news and events relevant to the Conference. Any other personal information that we may collect which is not described specifically in this Privacy Policy will only be collected and used in accordance with the Principles. When the range, purpose, and use of the information collected by us change, we will make sure to notify our Members and ask for their consent beforehand. 2. Range of Personal Information Only the minimum amount of information reasonably necessary to provide you with services should be collected and maintained, and only for so long as reasonably needed or required; This includes: For an individual member: name, name of a person in charge, address, phone number; For a member of a company or an organization: name of a representative, name of a person in charge, your company’s name, address, phone number; Collection of caller’s number for consultation over the phone: caller’s number; Information regarding a fee: email address. We may collect personal information at several places on the Website: when you subscribe to us with your personal information such as by sending an email to us or signing up to receive a newsletter or our events listing; when you provide personal information to register to establish a user account on our Website in connection with your participation in the Conference Secretariat. 3. Maintenance and Disuse of Personal Information Information you provide through our Website, or that we gather as a result of your use of our Website, should not be used for marketing or advertising purposes, nor should it be provided voluntarily (without your permission) to anyone else unless required. the Conference Secretariat will continue to maintain and manage its members' personal information as long as they continue to receive its services and retain their membership. Personal information is largely divided into the 17th IUAPPA World Clean Air Congress and 9th CAA Better Air Quality Conference registration information and service information such as web hosting, server hosting, mail hosting, and EC hosting. Service Information Our company permanently deletes all service information on the next day if a cancellation is requested regarding a service. A cancellation can be requested after going through a corresponding procedure. Subsequently, a former service user will not be able to access any information that was previously provided. If information needs to be possessed for a certain period by virtue of Commercial Law or other related laws, it will be kept for the following periods: - Contract, Contract Termination Agreement, other service related contracts: 5 years - Data on payments and goods provided: 5 years - Problems caused in relation to providing services and material in dispute: a year after service cancellation. 4. Range of Cookie Use When our registration members visit our site and their web browsers ask for cookies, the 17th IUAPPA World Clean Air Congress and 9th CAA Better Air Quality Conference Website restricts its use of all cookies other than those relevant to the information that has no potential to invade their privacy, such as browser version, monitor information, operating system version, and information related to log-in. 5. Security Management for Personal Information The Conference Secretariat has implemented reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access to and unlawful interception or processing of personal information relevant to the 17th IUAPPA World Clean Air Congress and 9th CAA Better Air Quality Conference registration. However, no website can fully eliminate security risks. We will post a reasonably prominent notice to the Website if any such security breach occurs. Non Personal Browsing Information We Collect. When you use the Website, our servers may collect information automatically (through, for example, the use of your “IP address”) about your activities while visiting the Website and information about the browser you are using. In addition, whenever you use your Conference ID to log into our Website, our server will keep a log of the websites you visit. No Linking. We do not intentionally link browsing information or information from our server logs to the personal information you submit to us. We use this information for internal purposes only, such as to help understand how the Website is being used, to improve our Website and the features we provide, and for system administration purposes. No Selling or Sharing. Except in the unique situations identified in this Privacy Policy, the Conference Secretariat does not sell or otherwise voluntarily provide the non-personal browsing information we collect about you or your website usage to third parties. No Retention. the Conference Secretariat discards non personal browsing information from our server logs once we have used the information for the limited purposes noted above, under “No Linking.” Notice. If the Conference Secretariat is required to provide a third party with your non personal browsing information, then, the Conference Secretariat will use reasonable means to notify you promptly of that event, unless the Conference Secretariat is prohibited by law from doing so or is otherwise advised not to notify you on the advice of legal counsel. Any other non-personal information that we collect which is not described specifically in this Privacy Policy will only be collected and used in accordance with the Principles. 7. Changes and Updates to this Privacy Policy We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will also revise the Effective Date below. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed about how we are protecting the personal information we collect. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any updates. 8. Responsibility for Security Breach Members are responsible for the security of the passwords for their membership accounts. The Conference Secretariat never asks its members for their passwords, either through mail or any other methods. Under no circumstances should you ever disclose your password. We ask that you pay particular attention when you are logged in, in order to ensure that your personal information is not divulged to others. If you have any concerns or suggestions about our Privacy Policy and management of your personal information, please do not hesitate to contact our representatives listed below through email, and we will respond to you as expeditiously as possible.
