Selected abstracts should present new scientific research, innovative and smart solutions (policy, institution, technology and financing) that work in or can be adapted to atmospheric environment context, particularly those that:
Abstracts that tackle emerging topics and issues such as air quality, hazardous air pollutants, long-range transport of air pollutants, air pollution remote sensing, air quality modeling, emission inventories, air pollution reduction technology, reduction of short-lived climate pollutants (SLCPs), low cost air quality monitoring, use of information technology in enforcement, citizen participation are particularly welcome.
We don’t require a full manuscript submission for WCAC/BAQ 2016. However, for those who are ready and willing to submit a full paper version of their presentation within 3 months after the conference, WCAC/BAQ Special Issues in the Asian Journal of Atmospheric Environment (AJAE) will be available. This journal is a tri-monthly international journal indexed by SCOPUS and is a core forum for original research relevant to air quality, pollution control technology, ecological and health effects and other topics related to air pollution, climate change and the atmospheric sciences.
