How do I submit a session proposal?
The session proposal should be sent to WCAC and BAQ Secretariats by email before 10 June, 2016. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Do I need to register to submit a session proposal?
Yes, submitters must register online in order to submit a session proposal.
What is the review process for session proposals?
The Program Committee shall review the session proposals. Acceptance letters will be sent through email by mid-June 2016.
How many authors can I invite if my session is approved?
Conveners of approved sessions must invite at least 4-5 authors per session. Invited authors must register to the conference. However, not all are guaranteed an oral presentation, some will present posters.
