Where and how do I register for the conference?- You may register at the online registration page on the website.
- Is there a special rate if I register early?
- Absolutely. We offer an "early-bird" rate to those who register for the conference by 27 June 2016.
- I am a student, can I get a discounted rate?
- We offer a discounted rate to students. Please upload your college transcript in the registration page to ensure getting a discounted rate.
- What does my registration fee include?
- Registration fees for the full conference package include admittance to all five days of the conference, including all sessions, plenaries, receptions, and gala dinner.
- I will not be presenting any work at the Conference. May I attend the event without registering?
- We welcome participants who are not presenting work, but registration is required for all participants.
- I only want to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?
- No, one-day (or two-/three-day) registration is not available. Payment of the full conference fees still apply even if you opt to attend specific day/s only.
- How can I get refund?
- There is no refund except in extreme cases.
